✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door. ✹ Spa heating is included in your nightly rate. You do not need to heat the pool to use the spa. ✹ The pool can be heated on request at a daily rate of $100 per day. Fees are invoiced separately via a payment request on Airbnb and are not subject to tax. Heating is suggested between November and June. ✹ Smoking is not permitted. ✹ Security cameras are located at the front of the house and driveway, at the back kitchen/garage entrance, in the garage, and at the backyard/trash entrance. These cameras are for safety and insurance purposes and are not monitored. There are no interior cameras. ✹ Travel comes with risk. You are advised to purchase travel insurance for your peace of mind. ********************************************************************************* **By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short-term rental in the city: 1. Renter (responsible party) must be at least 25 years of age. 2. Responsible party must present government-issued I.D. prior to check-in and I.D. must be copied (photographed). A copy of the I.D. is kept by management while the guest is at the property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law. 3. Responsible party (renter) is required to sign a short-term rental agreement (contract) prior to check-in. 4. All guests are required to print and sign their names to the document “City of Palm Springs VR Statement of Rules and Regulations” which confirms that the Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants. 5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. 6. No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours. 7. No parties or events can be held at the house (defined as a gathering that brings more than the allowable occupancy level to the house) 8. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view. 9. Dogs (where allowed by the owner) are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance. 10. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. **These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL short-term rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist. We are committed to complying with these rules and ask all of our guests to please consider them when booking. Our street is the only area in Palm Springs where the entire length of one side is all Alexander-built homes from 1959 and the other side is Meiselman, built in 1957. It is a great neighborhood to explore the variances these two great modern builders of the 1950s offered our city.
